Exclusive Retail Sales Notify with Furco Furniture Dealers

Dear valued Furco Furniture Dealer,

As part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining strong and exclusive relationships with our esteemed dealers, we would like to bring to your attention a crucial notice regarding our wholesale policy.

​

Furco Furniture is dedicated to providing quality furniture to retail stores, and we greatly appreciate the partnership we have built with you. In order to uphold the exclusivity of our distribution model, we are instituting an Exclusive Retail Sales Agreement with all our dealers.

Key Terms of the Notification:

Retail Sales Only: We request that our dealers sell Furco Furniture products exclusively to retail customers through their retail stores. Retail sales are defined as transactions where the end consumer purchases the furniture for personal use and not for resale to other furniture stores.

​

Restriction on Sales to Other Furniture Stores:

Dealers are expressly prohibited from selling Furco Furniture products to other furniture stores or wholesalers without prior written authorization from Furco Furniture.

​

Enforcement and Penalties:

Furco Furniture reserves the right to enforce this agreement and, in the event of a violation, impose penalties, including fines and the suspension of wholesale privileges. Moreover, Furco Furniture retains the right to terminate the dealership agreement if such violations persist.

Request for Written Permission:
Any exceptions to the restriction on selling to other furniture stores must be formally requested in writing and approved by Furco Furniture in advance.

We believe that this Exclusive Retail Sales Agreement will further strengthen our partnership and ensure the continued success of both Furco Furniture and our valued dealers.
