Warranty Conditions

  1. Limited Warranty Period: Furco Furniture ("we," "our," or "Furco Furniture") provides a limited warranty for wholesale furniture purchases made from us. The warranty period extends for a duration of [1] year from the date of purchase by the wholesale buyer.

  2. Coverage: This warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty workmanship, and structural issues that arise under normal use and proper care of the furniture items.

  3. Wholesale Buyer Qualification: This warranty is applicable only to wholesale buyers who have purchased furniture directly from Furco Furniture. It is non-transferable and applies solely to the original wholesale purchaser.

  4. Warranty Claims Procedure: To make a warranty claim, the wholesale buyer must notify Furco Furniture in writing within [2] days from the date of discovering the issue. The claim should include a detailed description of the problem and supporting documentation or images.

  5. Evaluation and Resolution: Upon receipt of a valid warranty claim, Furco Furniture will evaluate the issue promptly. We reserve the right to inspect the furniture piece physically or request additional information if necessary.

  6. Repair and Replacement: If the warranty claim is deemed valid, Furco Furniture will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective furniture item or part.

  7. If we are not able to provide the same product, the customer must accept a refund or replace it with any other model chosen by the customer in our inventory. If the value of the replaced product is higher, the customer must pay the difference.

  8. Transportation and Costs: The wholesale buyer is responsible for transporting the furniture item to Furco Furniture's designated service center, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Any transportation or shipping costs incurred in connection with the warranty claim shall be borne by the wholesale buyer.

  9. Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, negligence, accidents, modifications, improper assembly, or unauthorized repairs. It also excludes wear and tear, scratches, stains, and damages caused by natural disasters or environmental factors.

  10. Limitation of Liability: Furco Furniture's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the furniture item as outlined in these warranty terms. We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

  11. Some of our products may be heavy, and some of them may have sharp corners. Our company is not responsible for health problems or accidents that may occur during the use or transportation of our products. In case of any problem regarding the delivery address or in case of product cancellation, the delivery fee and other costs will be collected from the customer.

  12. If our company does not handle the delivery of the product, any damages caused by transportation are not covered by our company.

  13. Effect of Local Laws: Some jurisdictions may have specific laws that provide additional rights to consumers. This warranty does not restrict or supersede such rights if applicable.
